  • Coaching engagements vary depending on your needs and goals, but typically range from a few weeks to several months.
  • How long does coaching last?
  • Coaching focuses on the present and future to unlock your potential, while therapy often delves into the past to address emotional issues and mental health concerns.
  • How is coaching different from therapy?
  • Look for a coach who has relevant experience, and whose coaching style resonates with you. If you don't feel a connection, it's okay to move on and find a coach who is a better fit for you.

Then, I'll guide you through a deeper exploration of your goal, using questioning and exercises, to help you identify actionable steps to move forward.
